Pel que fa a la ministra Chacon, se sent satisfeta per la sentència, i ha demanat posar les coses en perspectiva, alhora que ha anunciat que no anirà a la manifestació catalana, i que s’ha demostrat que l’Estatut es majoritàriament constitucional, i ha atacat al PP per la seva guerra contra el text.El President ens diu que malgrat la retallada continua sent un avenç respecte el de 1979.

La ministra Chacon fidel al seu tarannà espanyol, troba satisfacció en la resposta del Tribunal, ja que majoritàriament es constitucional, i culpa al PP de tots els mals. Caldria dir-li que el Defensor del Pueblo,socialista també va presentar recurs de l’Estatut i no en diu res, i que no es qüestió de quantitat, sinó de qualitat, però esclar per una persona que el seu últim interès es Catalunya no es podia esperar res més.
