El govern d’Àfrica del Sud, atribuint-se el paper de referent mundial de l’antiracisme ha engegat un procés contra Israel davant el Tribunal Penal Internacional per “genocidi” en curs a Gaza. Cal considerar aqueixa acció com el primer pas de l’obertura d’un nou front contra Israel que va més enllà del conflicte actual.
En primer lloc, d’ençà la conferència de Durban contra el racisme l’any 2001 es van posar els fonaments de la intrumentalització de l’antiracisme per capgirar-lo contra l’estat d’Israel tot promovent, la diabolització del sionisme i invertint els termes dels jueus com a víctimes per redefinir-los com els hereus del nazisme. Avalant de retruc la violència terrorista en contra seva. Avui, els antisemites d’arreu del món es consideren a si mateixos antiracistes atorgant invariablement als palestins -i els musulmans en general- el rol de víctimes.
En segon lloc, l’atac del jihadisme palestí contra Israel del proppassat 7 d’octubre és realment un acte genocida que forma part del programa per l’erradicació de l’estat hebreu com a “solució final” al conflicte àrab-israelià. Així, la persistent campanya global acusant Israel de genocida contra els palestins s’ha traduït en acció judical davant el Tribunal Penal Internacional. Aqueix article d’ahir a Yediot Ahronoth resumeix la contundència de la defensa jurídica israeliana que contrasta amb la soflama insubstancial sudafricana que ni tan sols esmenta els atacs d’Hamàs com a precedent de la guerra en curs.
Tan se val que els advocats sudafricans no hagin pogut acreditar fefaentment actes d’aqueix caire per part de les FDI, el propòsit era divulgar mundialment l’acusació. Si el TPI actua amb imparcialitat exonerarà Israel d’aqueix càrrec però el precedent servirà per alimentar la legitimació del genocidi programat contra el poble jueu. Significativament, l’anterior president del Tribunal Suprem sudafricà era un defensor d’Israel: “Le premier juge d’Afrique du Sud étrillé pour des propos pro-Israël. Le Congrès national africain, au pouvoir depuis 1994, s’est dit “très préoccupé” par le soutien exprimé par Mogoeng Mogoeng en faveur de “l’Etat d’apartheid israélien” (The Times of Israel, 26 de juny del 2020).

Aqueixa és la versió íntegra de la defensa d’Israel davant el TPI publicada originalment per The Times of Israel i traduïda al francès avui per Tribune Juive. Per la seva part, el jurista jueu francès Gilles-William Goldnadel explica encertadament ahir a Le Figaro: «Pourquoi l’Afrique du Sud a tort d’accuser Israël de “génocide”». I avui, signa una crònica lúcida, també a The Times of Israel, dels “Deux jours de malveillance vertigineuse à La Haye. Israël est accusé du crime le plus grave qu’un pays puisse commettre – avec la démonstration d’une dénaturation cynique de la réalité qui vise à nier le droit à l’auto-défense du pays face à un ennemi qui a vraiment des intentions génocidaire.”

Les mesures provisionals del TPI fetes públiques avui no demanen l’aturada de les activitats militars d’Israel, només que adopti mesures preventives per evitar actes de genocidi, (com no podria dir altrament en cas d’una guerra en curs, així ho valora Jerusalem Post). Realment és una victòria per Israel malgrat que els sudafricans i els antisemites d’arreu (també Vilaweb) ho venguin com una victòria palestina, com ha fet Hamàs (ho hauria dit fos quin fos el resultat).

Israel contrataca també davant el TPI: “Israël va, à son tour, déposer plainte à la CIJ pour « génocide » contre l’Iran. Gideon Saar va s’atteler à constituer un dépôt de plainte pour génocide, les dirigeants iraniens ayant appelé à la destruction d’Israël et soutiennent fermement le Hamas”.

Avui, Ehud Rosen publica a l’INNS aqueixa nota:” Behind the Scenes at The Hague. Involvement of Red-Green Alliance Elements through Human Rights Organizations“.
For more than two decades, the “red-green alliance” between radical left and political Islam activists (“Islamists”) has been active in civil and public arenas in the West, including the legal arena. Therefore, it is not surprising to discover a great deal of its involvement in the lawsuit against Israel in The Hague, in part in the framework of human rights organizations. For example, three advisers to the prosecution are members of organizations affiliated with the circles of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP): Issam Younis from the al-Mezan organization; Raji Sourani from the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR); and Shawan Jabarin from al-Haq. Sourani and Jabarin have held senior positions at the international umbrella organization International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) based in France.
In tandem, recent years have seen the growth of human rights organizations coming from the political Islam, taking advantage of the openness in the West to these organizations without its checking as to who and what is behind them. Thus, the Geneva-based Euro-Med Monitor organization claimed to have submitted detailed documents to the prosecution team and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). During the war, the organization called for an international investigation against Israel for allegedly harvesting organs from Palestinian corpses, a claim that was echoed by online influencers. Ramy Abdu, the organization’s founder and chairman of its board, was defined in Israel in 2013 as a Hamas operative in Europe.
The Islamist-American organization Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN), whose Board members include Nihad Awad, CEO of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), signed a petition in support of the lawsuit along with hundreds of radical left and political Islam bodies. The organization held a panel of experts, which recommended to the countries which signed on the Genocide Convention to submit statements in support of the lawsuit. At the same time, the organization submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC) a list of 40 IDF officers involved in waging the campaign in Gaza.
The Islamist organizations emphasize the legal and media struggle with Israel. The Freedom for Palestine conference held in Istanbul in mid-January, with the participation of bodies associated with the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood, called for the establishment of working groups that would work to “criminalize Zionism” and dismantle it and prosecute its leaders and those who stand by it, and announced the launch of two media campaigns: “Zionism is racism” and “resistance is a right and a duty”.
Thus alongside the military campaign, Hamas and its international support circles in the red-green alliance are conducting a multidimensional campaign to undermine Israel’s international legitimacy, through an extensive network of civil society organizations. Israel is required to recognize the importance of this campaign and develop a comprehensive strategy against it.

The new judge has previously claimed that critics of Israel are labeled antisemites “to intimidate and discredit them.”

Ahir es va fer pública una decisió del TPI que ha passat desapercebuda als mitjans nostrats però que és molt significativa per refutar els antisemites que insistentment acusen Israel de genocidi contra els palestins: “ICJ rejects South African request for urgent measures to limit Israeli action in Rafah“.
