La Mola que més em mola


Pujar a la Mola de Sant Llorenç del Munt un dissabte d’octubre seguint la convocatòria del Col·lectiu Atzavara (ara rebatejat COPULAMOL) és una barreja entre el ritus tradicional i  la sorpresa hilarant.

Va ploure però poc, el just per fer l’excursió diferent (“te’n recordes d’aquell any que hi havia una boira de collons i  vàrem arribar a dalt ben xops?”) i de fet el plugim persistent i la boira van servir per escurçar camí per l’opció curta i per bastir el paisatge d’un encant bucòlic que evocava el bosc encantat d’alguns racons del Camino gallec.

Va haver-hi alguna absència notable. Però també presències destacades com la d’un ambaixador a l’estranger, un ex-director general autonòmic, un ex-sotsdirector televisiu reconfirmat, un director de programa que havia d’anar a l’Arboç i va suspendre l’actuació per quedar-se més estona, una ex-directora de l’Hopitalè, tres flamants campions  de la Murmanskroute Bacardi ‘08  (http://www.murmanskroute.com/grupob i  no oblideu posar l’edat), una cara de Tele5… i la resta de beteveros originaris avui escampats per despatxos i redaccions variades dels millors mitjans del país: Lavínia, TV3, Mediapro, la Malla, la Dipu, TVE… o l’essencia incombustible de l’actual Barcelona TV.

La convocatòria ja val la pena.  S’inicia dos mesos abans amb un ban-edicte-decret on el secretari general Albert Setó (a7ó) dicta els detalls i imposa les condicions, entre secretismes, sancions, concessions i exclusions: màxim de 20, no esperarem a ningú, dinar a la 1 innegociable, Glòria no portis els nens… etc.

A partir de la convocatòria engega una retaila de mails on es reprenen velles converses com si  només fes un moment que s’havien interromput. Comença aquí el repàs a l’anecdotari viscut en comú pels vells col·legues la majoria dels quals van ser en el nucli de la redacció que, un llunyà 2 de novembre de 1994, va engegar la primera emissió de Barcelona TV. I l’anecdotari i el riure  no té aturador, des de la cita a la betzinera, fins a la parada de berenar Mikados a punt de fosquejar. En mig una pujada per camins curts o llargs, fotos a la rosa dels vents, exhibició castellera (aquest any suspesa per la pluja), missa o sermó a la capella del monestir  i un dinar (cada any més car) al restaurant de La Mola (http://www.lamola.com/);  aquest dissabte  va començar abans de  la 1 i va acabar quasi a les 6 de la tarda.

En mig dels efluvis alcohòlics de la sobretaula va sortir una proposta a la qual ja s’hi ha posat fil a l’agulla: producció executiva (Eugeni Santos), direcció operativa (Albert Setó) , documentació complementària (Mireia Udina i Ferran Gironès) i patrocini institucional (Glòria Santamaria).  La propera trobada no serà a la Mola’09, ni tant sols en un dinar per ensenyar-nos els nens a ca la Glòria, serà … a Berlín. Concretament sortim el dia 25 d’abril (a les 4.30 a.m. a l’aeroport); ens hi convida l’ambaixador de Catalunya. El 15 aniversari de Barcelona TV s’ho mereix!

L’excursió a la Mola amb la gent de BTV no és només un clàssic de l’engegada del nou curs, és també una cosa així com la renovació d’un vot. És el retrobament amb una colla d’amics pels quals l’ aventura d’haver engegat una tele va ser molt més que una anècdota en el currículum laboral;  uns amics amb els que,  tant  aleshores com  segurament encara, seguim compartint una concepció de la feina periodística i del món de la televisió basat en la professionalitat, el rigor, l’honestedat, l’esforç, els valors positius… i amb qui agrada compartir amb alegria el fruit de la feina ben feta i també la coincidència en molts altres aspectes de la vida.

Vàrem ser un gran equip. I són l’exemple més clar de que encara es pot seguir creient en aquesta professió tan desprestigiada. Amb ells estaria disposat, fins i tot a aquestes alçades del partit, a embrancar-me en qualsevol nova aventura.
