Quan va tornar a tocar a Barcelona l’any 2005 al Teatre Grec, en el moment en que va encendre una cigarreta a sobre l’escenari va ser com donar esplícitament el permís a que tothom que volgués encengués una cigarrera. Una lleugera transgressió de les lleis d’un personatge que en el seu moment va saber transgredir-les totes i sobreviure amb una dignitat absoluta.
