Catosfera: el futur, que cada cop és més present, passa per la xarxa
Avui he tingut el plaer de participar en la primera Trobada de la Catosfera, comunitat de blocs en català. He participat en la taula dedicada als blocs de persones que ens dediquem a la política. Tal i com he dit en començar la meva intervenció, l’he fet una mica aclaparat, especialment pel fet que em trobava davant d’una audiència de primera, amb gent veritablement experta en temes de noves tecnologies, TIC, xarxa, etcètera, entre els quals destaquen noms de reconeguda autoritat com són Marc Vidal, Saül Gordillo, Dídac Lee, Genís Roca o Joan J. Carreras, entre molts d’altres. De fet, fins i tot els meus companys (Joan Ridao, Carles Puigdemont) i companya (Lourdes Muñoz) de taula, són persones també altament reconegudes en aquest àmbit. En definitiva, què podia aportar un simple usuari com jo davant d’aquesta veritable elit tecnològica i blocaire? Doncs poqueta cosa. O sigui que m´he limitat a exposar els ‘per què’ i els ‘com’ de la meva activitat blocaire. (segueix…)
Així, he procurat explicar que vaig entrar en la comunitat blocaire una mica casualment, fruit d’una certa frustració motivada en constatar les dificultats que la tasca que desenvolupem al Parlament Europeu arribi a la gent pels canals de comunicació més habituals, i sobretot per salvar la distància física que existeix entre aquesta institució i Catalunya (així ho explicava, de fet, a la Primera entrada, el meu primer apunt publicat el 24 d’abril de 2006).
No obstant, més enllà de servir d’altaveu i d’instrument que ha de permetre a la gent, hagin estat votants o no, ‘fiscalitzar’ la meva activitat (tal i com toca fer amb les persones que assumim responsabilitats de representació en algun àmbit públic), l’activitat blocaire em permet també reflexionar sobre temes més generals, interactuar amb d’altres blocaires, fer (i fer-me) preguntes en veu alta per a les quals no tinc necessàriament respostes, i, sobretot, entrar en un àmbit de relació que cada cop compta amb més concurrència.
Més enllà de comentar aspectes com els temes que escullo, la regularitat en la publicació d’apunts o la manera de cuidar les qüestions formals, he intentat sumar-me a aquelles persones que pensen que la comunitat blocaire és un actor cada vegada més estructurat i influent en tots els àmbits: polític, social, empresarial, mediàtic, educatiu,… cosa que, per altra banda, ha quedat clarament demostrat amb la gran participació que han tingut les Jornades.
En aquest sentit, hi ha tres comentaris que he fet en públic i que em sembla important recollir també aquí. Primer, sóc dels qui pensa que és trist i certament lamentable que els blocs de caràcter polític s’usin exclusivament en el marc d’una campanya i s’abandonin un cop acaba aquesta. Ho considero, i espero que ningú se m’enfadi, una falta de respecte cap a les persones a les quals s’ha fet creure que aquell seria un vehicle de comunicació amb aquesta persona si resultava escollida.
Segon, crec que el veritable valor del bloc d’algú que es dedica a la política és que sigui personal i intransferible. No té cap sentit que el teu bloc te’l faci algú altre, ja que això suposa una vulneració al que considero un dels principis bàsics d’un bloc: l’exposició en públic d’idees personals, més enllà de les estructures a les quals es pertanyi.
I tercer, en l’àmbit polític, al igual que passa amb l’àmbit empresarial, per passar de la generació 1.0 a la 2.0 caldrà temps i, sobretot, ser conscients que potser no tothom hi arribarà igual de ràpid (algunes persones, de fet, segurament no hi arribaran mai). En qualsevol cas, però, també sóc molt conscient que les estructures dels partits o de les empreses, i diria que fins i tot els mateixos mitjans de comunicació, han de fer camí cap a aquesta societat 2.0 de la que avui tant parlàvem, de la mateixa manera que també sóc molt conscient que el futur, i segurament ja el present, passa per la xarxa. Personalment sóc dels qui en Genís Roca consideraria un individu 1.5. La qual cosa vol dir que, si bé tinc molt clar que l’activitat blocaire no és en cap cas una activitat que desenvolupi en el meu ‘temps lliure’, sinó que la considero part integral de la meva activitat quotidiana, encara em considero molt lluny de disposar dels coneixements tècnics que em permetrien una interactivitat encara major. En fi, tot arribarà.
Sigui com sigui, ha estat per a mi tota una experiència que m’ha permès saludar personalment molta gent que segueixo de manera virtual, així com demanar disculpes a alguns d’ells, com en Xavier Mir, per no poder seguir el seu ritme de generar debat. En aquest sentit, aprofito per dir que lamento que no sempre pugui respondre alguns dels comentaris que se’m fan ni amb la rapidesa ni amb la profunditat que la majoria d’ells mereixen. Garanteixo, això sí, la lectura dels mateixos, i procuro més tard o més d’hora recuperar-los, ja sigui en forma d’un apunt específic, o en forma respostes directes.
No sé si amb la meva intervenció hauré aconseguit fer més comprensible la meva vocació blocaire. Espero que sí. En qualsevol cas ho he intentat.

Per a mi el teu bloc és l’únic contacte que tinc amb l’activitat del Parlament europeu, la qual cosa és bona mostra de la gran utilitat d’aquests diaris personals on line. Segueixo uns quants blocs polítics, i el que més m’agrada de la teua activitat blocaire és que parles d’una gran diversitat de temes, i no exclusivament d’alta política o de perfil estrictament ideològic de partit, la qual cosa ens fa sentir més prop la teua persona i deixa un xic a banda les sigles a les quals representes. De ben segur que dijous tindrem moltes coses de què parlar a Lletres ebrenques, ja que em fa molta il·lusió tenir-te de convidat, quan ja tindrem tot a punt per a l’EbreBloc (la nostra trobada particular de la Catosfera de les comarques centrals dels Països Catalans).

Raül, també ha estat un plaer compartir taula amb tu i aprendre. Has complert amb l’encàrrec que se’ns va fer –jo també ho he pretès– i això és útil als que van tenir la pacència d’escoltar-nos. No sé si ets un crack mediàtic però t’asseguro que cap altre vídeo que he penjat al meu canal de Youtube havia tingut tantes visualitzacions en tan poc temps… 😉 Te l’encasto en aquest comentari.

he estat moderador de la taula d’educació, que per cert va suscitar molt poc interes entre els blocaires, i he assistit el que he pogut a la Catosfera, l’altra l’he seguit per internet. A la vostra taula vaig ser-hi present.
Em va impactar notablement la honestedat que despertaven les teves paraules i les d’en Carles. La vostra sinceritat l’he estat agraïnt tot el cap de setmana, i me’n faig creus com en cap moment vau tenir per sobre vostre el partit al que representeu.
M’hauria agradat xerrar una estona amb vosaltres. Aprofito, doncs, aquesta plataforma per preguntar com penseu que el mon 2.0 pot canviar les estructures d’institucions públiques com el Govern, o bé estructures d’entitats com són els partits polítics ?. Fer-los més transparents, més participatius, més vinculats i vinculants.
No em refereixo a la quantitat de blocs que te un partit o un altre (aqui si que la quantitat no és tant important com l’us que se’n fa, crítica que em feien a mi a l’esmentar la quantitat de blocs que s’havien obert a la xtec amb 2 mesos de temps)
si no a l’us que se’n fa i als canvis que poden generar en les organitzacions.

Vaig poder seguir quasi totes les taules rodones i crec que tant la teva intervenció com la del Carles Puigdemont van ser de les que van aportar més. Aportar en el sentit d’informar-nos de coses que no sabéssim abans.
No he vist el clip de TV3 (no acostumo a mirar els informatius d’àmbit informatiu espanyol) i no sé com va anar el tractament, però pels comentaris que hi ha arreu, sembla que per la TV es va donar la imatge contrària a la realitat, la qual cosa no és tan rara: el govern català no és el que tocaria si es respectessin els resultats electorals.
