llargament esperat del Tractat de reforma de la UE. El text compta amb
algunes modificacions respecte del que es va presentar el juliol i serà, molt
probablement, el que serà sotmès a votació a la Conferència Intergovernamental
de 18 i 19 d?octubre. Ara toca analitzar-lo i valorar-lo.
