SPANISH BANKS IN CRISIS: DOES EUROPE HAVE A PLAN
Spain’s banking sector has sunk deeper into crisis following a huge bailout request from Bankia, the country’s third-largest bank. It’s a vicious circle that has pushed Spain’s borrowing costs to almost 7% and further undermined the stability of the eurozone. Does the EU have a plan to help Spain and save its single currency?
