ENS ENGANYEN AMB L?EIX DE LA MEDITERRÀNIA

Abans d’ahir vaig participar a l’acte organitzat per FERRMED a Brussel·les en defensa de l’inclusiu del Corredor de la Mediterrània en l’esquema d’eixos ferroviaris europeus prioritaris. Més de tres-centes persones, vingudes de totes les regions de l’arc mediterrani, des d’Andalusia fins a la Costa Blava francesa, varen donar un ampli i unànime suport a la iniciativa..

L’alt nivell de les representacions territorials i empresarials contrastava amb el mínim rang dels representants de l’Estat. Dos presidents autonòmics, el de València i el de Múrcia, una nodrida representació catalana encapçalada pel nou conseller Lluís Recoder – a qui cal felicitar pel desacomplexat ús del català en plenes institucions europees – , alcaldes andalusos, murcians, valencians, catalans i de les regions franceses, presidents de les cambres de comerç dels dos estats, empresaris d’altíssim nivell, professionals europeus de l’enginyeria….Tots plegats en contrast amb la clamorosa absència del ministre de Foment, que ni tant sols va voler delegar en els seus Secretaris d’Estat, ni en els seus Secretaris Generals. Tot un símptoma de l’actitud de l’Executiu socialista en relació al Corredor Mediterrani que consisteix en xerrar molt, fer poc i no invertir rés.

 

La comparació entre el que es dedica al nostre eix, a la línia d’alta velocitat d’accés a Galícia és ben exemplar: mentre que s’ha suspès la licitació de l’únic tram que estava mínimament avançat (el de València a Castelló) i s’ha retardat, significativament, la inversió d’instal·lar la via entre Vandellòs i l’estació del Camp (amb un pressupost de poques desenes de milions) el ministre Blanco acaba de presentar una macro inversió de més de 6.000 milions d’euros per portar l’AVE a la seva terra natal.

 

La manca de dedicació del ministeri a l’eix del Mediterrani arriba a l’extrem de no voler ni  encarregar els estudis informatius dels trams que queden, ni estudiar la implantació d’un tercer rail a la via existent, com ja s’ha fet entre Figueres i Girona, amb una inversió de quatre rals.

 

Els socialistes no entenen el perquè de la seva davallada electoral a Catalunya, ni la que se’ls pronostica a les enquestes, de cara a les municipals o a les eleccions generals. Potser que s’aturin a pensar que ja n’hi ha prou d’enganyar a la gent. I és que la seva actuació en aquesta qüestió no pot qualificar-se d’altra manera que de fenomenal ensarronada!
