Eso le cantó el Camp Nou entero a Johan Cruyff cuando meó fuera de tiesto porque quiso dar lecciones al barcelonismo mucho después de haber sido destituido del banquillo culé. Cruyff quería explicar cómo debía jugar el equipo 'blaugrana' meses después de una última etapa de decadencia en la que sus planteamientos ya sobraban (fichajes absurdos como el de Xavi Escaich o Igor Korneiev, soluciones tácticas sin pies ni cabeza, enchufismo hacia su hijo y su yerno, uso de los recursos del Barcelona para hacer otros negocios, etc.) y lo que recibió fue la rabia de la afición del Barça. No voy a quitar a Cruyff sus méritos como jugador o como entrenador, históricos sin duda. Pero modestamente no veo su regreso a los banquillos como algo interesante deportivamente porque se trata de entrenar a una selección de futbolistas de un territorio concreto sólo para dos partidos amistosos. Y que haya vuelto de entrenador tras más de una década sin hacerlo tiene más de marketing que de amor a la patria que le ha acogido durante 35 años. A la presentación de esta mañana de Cruyff como seleccionador han acudido 170 periodistas. Todo un acontecimiento mediático. Y también político. Si querían una gran figura que proyectara hacia el mundo el fútbol catalán y sus solicitudes "diplomáticas" para ser admitido en la FIFA, ya la han encontrado. La idea es que la 'selecció' pueda jugar una Eurocopa o un Mundial, al margen de la 'roja'. Para mí, un disparate federativo que aún tendría sentido en los deportes donde los equipos españoles están plagados de catalanes, como el hockey patines, el hockey hierba o el waterpolo, pero en el fútbol... pues no. Dice la prensa que Cruyff entrenará "gratis". Pero otros compañeros me han dicho que el holandés no tendrá una nómina "normal", sino que se beneficiará de forma indirecta a través de su fundación o de su 'Cruyff Institute'. El técnico holandés ha dicho: "Si voy a trabajar a un sitio, el precio lo pongo yo. Yo decido si lo hago gratis o no". Esa suerte que tiene... Me quedo con la opinión de Santi Nolla en Mundo Deportivo: "¿Por qué no llegar a un acuerdo económico transparente? ¿Por qué ha de ser gratis?". "Cruyff debería cobrar y evitar así que haya gente que piense que puedan existir compensaciones a través de su fundación o que se lleve un variable por entradas vendidas". A buen entendedor...

Totalment d'acord. Amb l'actual generació catalana de futbolistes, amb més d'11 jugadors de primer nivell mundial, un nom llegendari del futbol fent la seua "rentrée" als estadis, i una filosofia de joc que busca l'espectacle total, per fi es veuria clar que la selecció catalana, si fos admesa, podria ser una potència importantíssima en competicions internacionals. Tot i que per descomptat no desaprove totes les altres significacions, m'alegra que per fi hi haja oportunitat de mostrar al món la viabilitat total d'una selecció pròpia amb arguments plenament futbolístics. Ara, ull viu: ja he tingut oportunitat de sentir en privat alguns opinants que qualifiquen el possible fitxatge com "provincià". I no des de sectors espanyolistes. Potser hi haurà també alguns, als qui anava molt bé el protagonisme absolut de la cara simbòlica nacional de la selecció per a promocionar-se oportunistament, que també se sentiran amenaçats si hi ha futbol d'elit el 22 de desembre.

Veient ahir el partit de bàsquet, valia la pena pel bàsquet però el tema d'espanya ratllava una mica i veient el fart de plorar d'en Pau, del seu germà o d'en Ricky penso que els únics que volem seleccions catalanes som algunsespectadors, als jugadors els hi es ben be igual i gosaria a dir que ja els hi va b Espanya, que anar a la selecció catalana els hi fa una mandra que no vegis.
Potser ho haurem de replantejar tot ja que sembla que no hi ha cap mena de consens sobre que volen els catalans.

Hola Jordi G., cada federació té un disseny propi de les samarretes. El que si que és veritat és que el futbol sempre marca estètica i per tant el canvi de colors de la samarreta de la Selecció Catalana de futbol ha fet que altres federacions l'agafessin com a propi.

També s'ha de tenir en compte que cada esport té una samarreta pròpia segons les característiques i necessitats de la seva pràctica afavorint que hi hagi models diferents.
