Dilluns al vespre, a Estrasburg, vàrem tenir ocasió d'intercanviar punts de vista amb el ponent de l'Assemblea del Consell d'Europa (CoE), Dick Marty, autor de l'informe sobre els vols de la CIA i, més recentment, abanderat d'una nova batalla en favor dels drets fonamentals com són les famoses llistes negres de la UE i de Nacions Unides. Sobre aquesta qüestió un grup de diputats i diputades estem preparant una sèrie d'iniciatives que comentaré aviat (avanço, però, que l'existència de les llistes, i especialment els procediments amb què funcionen, són del tot inadmisibles en un Estat de Dret). Per altra banda, noves informacions (veure informe Journey of Death) de l'organització Reprieve (amb qui ens hem reunit aquest matí) ens obliguen a tornar a posar sobre la taula l'afer dels vols de la CIA i les detencions i pràctiques il.legals a Guantanamo. A recent report "Journey of Death", released by the NGO Reprieve, U.K., reveals that Portuguese territory and airspace was used between 2002 and 2006 to transfer over 700 prisoners to torture and illegal imprisonment in Guantanamo Bay. This report was compiled by comparing flight logs obtained from Portuguese authorities, information from the U.S. Department of Defence showing dates of arrival of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, and unclassified testimony from many of the prisoners themselves.
Moreover, the Danish Government was aware since 2005 that Danish airspace and airports were used by CIA for transportation of prisoners.
Taking into account these new revelations, which measures does the Commission intend to take?

No hi ha cap organització ni persona de les que van col·laborar decisivament a que siguis eurodiputat que mereixi estar enllaçat al teu bloc?

Per altra banda trobo que prejutjar les afinitats d'algú simplement per la llista d'enllaços és un pèl exagerat. No trobes?

Només volia deixar constància que dins dels blocs que consideres d'interès o dels altres eurodiputats no apareix cap de l'altra família de l'esquerra amb la que vas anar en coalició quan vas ser escollit eurodiputat (EUiA/IU o GUE-NGL). No hi ha cap que consideris que mereix la pena?
Com imagines, d'aquest tema no vull fer extrapolacions, en cap cas pretenia jutjar el contingut del bloc (que considero interessant i bo) en relació a les teves preferències blocaires. Però crida l'atenció que dins de tant pluralisme, en les teves preferències no aparegui cap en relació a la que havia de ser la teva família més propera, si més no vas anar amb ells en coalició. Salut i bona feina...
