JE ME SOUVIENS! (V) 3 de juny de 2006

Hui no ha parat de ploure, cosa que deu ser bastant normal al Quebec, de fet no hem vist cap pancarta de 'water for all'. Perdó de 'eau pour tous' (d'Eau pour homme, sí que n'hem vist, pero com si res). Les pancartes que hem vist són 'For good time call 422-458-1257'. I nosaltres, com que sabíem que aquest número de telefon no funcionaria, hem llogat un cotxe i hem marxat cap al Parc de Jacques Cartier. (QUINA PASSADA!!!).
El cotxe era de marxes automàtiques i l'hem llogat a nom de Julià, i als cent metres d'haver eixit de la casa de lloguer, dues frenades, cinc dòlars de pneumàtic i de pastilles de frens, i dos crits d'Àgueda. Julià li ha cedit amablement el volant a l'experta en marxes automàtiques i conduccions per l'esquerra. Quin canvi!
Com déiem, el parc és una passada: quilòmetres i quilòmetres de flora i fauna. Els arbres no et deixen veure el sol (hui els núvols). Ens hem xopat de valent, pero ha valgut la pena, i això que només hem fet la part més fàcil. Rutes per fer senderisme, quilòmetres de rius per anar en canoa, camins per córrer en bici, zones d'acampada, xalets de fusta per pernoctar... PS. Anit vam estar xarrant amb els bascos, que al sentir-nos parlar en català de seguida es van adrecar a nosaltres. Agarreu-vos! El nostre viatge és una merda al costat del seu. Han restaurat un vaixell del segle XVI en un taller que tenen a Pasaia, a Guipúscoa, i l'han dut aci perquè van a fer una ruta pel nord del Quebec i la península del Labrador fins al 15 de juliol, amb vestits, menjars i equipatges del segle XVI (i un petit equip audovisual per fer un reportatge).
