"Penso que he tingut sort de poder obrir els meus ulls aquí", cantava Lluís Llach al disc Verges 50 (al meu entendre, un dels millors treballs de l'artista). Ara que s'apropen els dies festius de setmana santa i que, com cada any, tornaré a la terra que "és el dibuix dels déus", al "país petit" on, de matinada, "la plana es desvetlla i el Mongrí fa un gran badall", em plau recordar les melodies que evoquen la processó de Verges i les cançons que parlen d'aquest racó de món. "Que no hi ha terra que a la meva carn la sedueixi tant", mentre la deixin viure...
